GENERAL
I reserve the right to refuse a commission request.
I do not allow clients to process works into AI and mint commission works as non-fungible tokens / NFTs.
Clients who are rude during communication, or are found to violate terms of service will be blacklisted.

NON-NEGOTIABLE: I am a Phainon x Mydei (PhaiDei) shipper who is only interested in drawing them together in both platonic and romantic scenarios. PhaiDei requests are OK.For my own comfort, I will automatically reject couple requests (both CANONxCANON and CANONxOC) that involve Phainon OR Mydei in romantic scenarios with different characters. Platonic scenarios of either character with others are OK, but will still be under approval.If you do not agree with my terms, please look for another artist who is comfortable with drawing your request. Thank you. 🙇♀️
PAYMENTS
I only currently accept payments made through Paypal/Ko-fi (INTL), and BPI/GCash/GoTyme (PH).
Payments are to be made in full, upfront.
I will not start with the commission request until full payment has been made.
Requesting refunds after the sketching period will not be accommodated.
WORKFLOW
I tend to do commission requests based on a queued list.
After payment, the commission will undergo through the Sketch, Lineart, and Color stages.
Sketches for all requests will be done as soon as payment is sent. Afterwards, the Lineart and Color stages will be done via queue.

REVISIONS
I allow 1-3 major revisions for sketching.
If 3 revisions have already been done, additional costs will be done for every revision after.
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
I cannot work with rushed deadlines as of the moment— commissions that are required within a week.
For non-YCH services, kindly expect an average of 1-5 months for your commission to be finished. Please do not send a request if you cannot wait this long.
USAGE OF WORKS
All commission prices at the moment will only cover Personal uses.
Additional costs (+75%) will cover for Commercial Rights. Kindly read the table below to see which I deem as Personal or Commercial ^^
Actions such as processing the works into AI or creating non-fungible tokens / NFTs will not be tolerated.
For reproduction as FREEBIES, please let me know immediately when sending the proposal.

Communications will mainly be held on Twitter DMs, Discord, or Email (up to client's preference).
I will send updates whenever I finish the sketch / lineart / base colors / renders.
Due to my busy schedule, I will also be sending updates regarding my availability to work on the commission.
Once again, please do not send a commission request if you expect a quick turnaround.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Please credit me (@kimeyngo) when you use or post the finished work.
I have the right to include the finished works in my portfolio. I also have the authority to post the finished work on social media for showcasing batch works, but kindly notify me if you do not want yours included!
